Just to clarify, because there is a HUGE misconception out there. The rule for shield drones states the drone has a shield generator and that the shield generator "confers" a 4+ invulnerable save.
This means that the 4++ is passed on, not that the drone has a 4++ save -that would be silly. The rule specifically says it confers the save.
I think this confusion comes from the previous edition Codex where on page 55 next to shield drone it stated "drone only." This is no longer the case. That text no longer exists in the codex, so we can now read the rule both as intended and as written.

And the Stealth drone is still the ugliest. :)
EDIT: Looks like my interpretation of this rule is indeed incorrect. I will bow to the community opinion that the drone alone has the 4++ save (albeit grudgingly). I do accept that I occasionally make mistakes, and I am willing to own that.
I have published a few of the comments that articulate disagreement honestly, but I have deleted those that simply pile on, were derogatory, or insulting.
